Throwback to a cherished solemnisation that I took two years back, an intimate event attended by the couple’s families and bosom friends. What struck me most is how warm and how fun this affair was. It was a night to remember definitely for a lifetime.

The wedding season has started since last month, and despite the coronavirus situation, I was lucky and deeply grateful to be a part of the many weddings and solemnisations. After photography will be the arduous editing, often working into late nights when my kids had fallen asleep. To post these heart-warming images is a much-needed break for me to get away from the monotonous task of editing.

Nestled along the lush tranquillity of Scotts Road, IndoCafe is a Peranakan fine dining restaurant and is indeed a very interesting place to hold a solemnisation. With an eye-catching architecture, it’s like a walk into Singapore’s colonial past, a walk down memory lane.

With the traditional interior and floor tiles, June wore a befitting short lace Jade-green cheongsam dress. And Kelvin in a mandarin collar long sleeve white shirt. Kelvin and June’s dressing complement each other and they themselves are a great match. In fact, they are splendidly perfect! Their union in marriage brought so much joy and laughter to all those who were gathered there and that I felt so blessed to be their wedding photographer, to be able to capture all those precious moments for them to keep.
