Back to the main topic of this post, this is the first part of a 3-part series of Frederick and Michelle’s pre-wedding. This post came late (as usual), as I have already posted their wedding last year. As the saying goes, it is better late than never.

Frederick and Michelle’s pre-wedding was supposed to start in the early morning. We were so hyped so as we travelled afar to Jurong Lake Gardens for our first location. Unfortunately, heavy rain and I mean really heavy rain came pouring down just as we started shooting. Even though we took cover in a nearby minuscule shelter, we were still getting drenched from head to toes. That’s when we decided to cancel the morning shoot. Sigh~

When one door closes, another opens. Because we failed to shoot at the beautiful Jurong Lake Gardens, another opportunity open up for us. We managed to get special permission to shoot at this unique and modern Indian restaurant that Frederick is working as a chef — Firangi Superstar. This restaurant is amazingly beautiful, it is cosy and warm and affectionate. The interior is outrageous so to speak and has vibrant themed rooms and decor that transports us to another world. The entire ambience is just so cinematic and we were just so thrilled to shoot over here.
